My previous work was running a successful commercial laundry for 25 years with many staff so I believe I bring a different aspect to recruitment, seeing the clients requirements and expectations as the client would see them. Seeing the frustrations of dealing with corporate recruitment companies that sent me staff without considering if they were suitable. This has made me…

Testimonials
I just want to send you some feedback on behalf of myself and Community College Nelson in regard to your company’s professionalism and work ethic.
I have been dealing with many employers and recruitment agencies for a number of years now in my capacity as tutor on the course I facilitate.
I want you to know that I have stopped using all other agencies apart from A-Temp Nelson. The reason for this is simple: you are by far and away the best in your field.
All other agencies can sometimes see their clients as numbers and not recognise their individual needs. A-Temps never does this, I tell my clients that in dealing solely with you they can expect to be treated with respect and dignity and that if they ever need help or support they can rely on you to be there for them. Their health and safety is paramount to you and your reputation.
I know, and so do they, that you always go the extra mile for them and they can trust you in that. This aspect of your work model is unique and I really think you should know this and feel very proud of this aspect of your business.
Keep doing what you do so well, loving your work guys! (and Debbie!)
Thanks again on behalf of the college and all of the many clients that you have helped to achieve their potential.

Working with A-Temp the staff supplied have saved the day many times for us at Solander Maritime.
We have had some very worrying days wondering how we were going to make productions happen.
Overall A temp has come to the party and provided the much-needed staff when they have been required.
We use A-Temp as we get good service and are dealing with a Company that understands our business.
The relationship between Proper Snack Foods and A-Temp was established through recommendations made by local food manufacturing businesses.
We have appreciated their professionalism, flexibility and the ease of communications with the team at A-Temp.
Their experience and passion to provide quality team members paired with their commitment to understand our business requirements has ensured a relatively high retention rate.
For approximately the last two years I have been engaged with Debbie and her team at A-Temp Nelson within my role of Offender Recruitment Consultant – Department of Corrections.
Within this time a great many of our people have been supported into meaningful employment through A-Temp which has added stability to their Live’s and in turn supported the Corrections goals of reducing re offending and safer communities.
In December 2018 the relationship between Correction’s and A-Temp evolved to the point that a Memorandum Of Understanding was agreed upon and signed, signifying the solid working relationship between the two agencies.
This relationship developed due to the openness and understanding of our people that Debbie and her team have displayed consistently, which has resulted in multiple placements into employment.
The positivity and stability that employment through A-Temp has given to our people returning to the community and their families is fantastic. This, in no doubt benefit’s the local community in reducing the impact of reoffending that may have otherwise occurred.
The Department, my clients and I very much appreciate having Debbie and the A-Temp team supporting us and having a positive impact on the Nelson community.
We look forward to continuing our relationship and wish A-Temp all the very best with the 2019 Nelson Business Awards and believe they are an extremely worthy nominee.
