If you have experience in administrative work and possess some or all the following skills, we would love to hear from you:

  • Proficiency in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • General office and finance administration including reconciliations
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with accounting & payroll software (Xero, MYOB, Crystal, Smartly, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain office supplies and perform other ad-hoc duties
  • Ability to be the primary contact for staff and customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation and highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Resourceful and able to use initiative
  • Ability to work efficiently during periods of high pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Honesty and reliability are essential

The hours of work are typically Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. However, some clients may be flexible around school hours.
