If you have experience in administrative work and possess some or all the following skills, we would love to hear from you:
- Proficiency in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- General office and finance administration including reconciliations
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with accounting & payroll software (Xero, MYOB, Crystal, Smartly, etc.)
- Ability to maintain office supplies and perform other ad-hoc duties
- Ability to be the primary contact for staff and customers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation and highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Resourceful and able to use initiative
- Ability to work efficiently during periods of high pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Honesty and reliability are essential
The hours of work are typically Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. However, some clients may be flexible around school hours.
