Our Marlborough Client is wanting an Office Administrator who enjoys a fast paced environment and where no two days are the same. You need to have a methodical approach for this position and a sense of humor.

Applicants must have:

  • Strong administration skills and be proficient in the use of excel and be comfortable working with spreadsheets.
  • This role is varied and encompasses accounts receivable, stock takes, freight forwarding, dealing with shipping agents and packaging.
  • Reconciliation of weigh bills and international invoicing
  • A good sense of humour to work within a small team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively.
  • You will be able to build relationships with customers and stakeholders

This is may be a permanent role for the right person.
